Love traveling somewhere & having a local experience?
Our Mar Vista loft apartment was designed to be eco-friendly, welcoming, & inspired by our neighborhood.
Walking distance to two Metro Expo line stops – Bundy & Sepulveda- makes it easy to get all around Los Angeles without a car.
There’s also a pretty good chance you’ll spot street art- if you walk around.

Art by Mar Vista street artist Robbie Conal on National & Barry
The loft apartment is around 330 square feet, with a separate upstairs loft area –
filled with natural light & our favorite vintage & locally sourced finds.

Teak chairs from Pepes Thrift Store in Mar Vista, rattan table from UCLA Thrift Shop & potted native plant from Theodore Payne Foundation.
Groundwork Coffee
Our favorite coffee is roasted locally & originally from Venice – love coffee, too?
We always include it for our guests.

Locally-roasted Groundwork Coffee
Why go through the trouble of finding everything locally?
It started years ago in our casa – the challenge of redecorating with pieces found in Los Angeles.
Once we figured out it was easy to do & how happy it made it us, we kept the vibe going in our loft so we could share it with you!

Our casa is filled with more of our favorite locally inspired “stuff”- including our Obama print by Teachr
