District Los Angeles is a family owned & operated business.

We are two sisters that started with a vision. We have always had a great sense of smell and while working in urban gardens we had the idea that we wanted to enrich people’s lives with different types of products some of which include scents. We handpick all products and items used in making the products in order to make sure it is the best quality we can give our customers.

We started with candles that are good for the environment and have high quality oils (fine fragrance oils and essential oils) and we called it District Scents. All candles are hand-poured in small batches and are made with love, we love to see people’s faces when they smell our candles and it reminds them of something familiar.

We then wanted to help remind people that we are all in this together and that sometimes it is okay to feel alone but know that you are not. Sometimes we all need a reminder that we are beautiful or to just breathe and with that came our prints and we called it District Designs.

We realize that there are days where we need reminders and we designed all prints based on our own experiences and necessities.

Our Just Breathe Print, reminds us that no matter how hectic a day can get we have to stop and take a breath and continue to move forward.
