why we dig LA: urban & nature

It’s hard to avoid the juxtaposition of urban & nature when exploring Los Angeles.

Some of the most beautiful moments in Los Angeles are in what some would find the most gritty areas. Hard lines meeting soft edges makes for good pictures & although we are NOT photographers, & will never claim to be – it’s easy to spot those great contrasts when you see them.

There are so many different & diverse communities in Los Angeles.

L.A. has some of the most amazing architecture, the best parks, & as is cliche’ to say – we’re always an hour away from the beach, the mountains, or the desert.

This combination of different landscapes is perfect for taking adventures throughout Los Angeles, as on every corner you never know what to expect.

With the eventual greening of the Los Angeles RiverSan Gabriel Bike Trail – we are excited at the prospect of the beautiful contrasts you’ll see as more native trees & plants are brought back into more urban areas.

Combine this with the massive growth seen in Downtown Los Angeles, & we see the city developing in a way where the balance of urban & nature continues & gets only better.
